Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some frequently asked questions we often get.
If you can not find the answer to your question, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly team.

  • Contact us via phone or email to discuss what you are looking for in your products and if we are suitable. After our first meeting or phone meeting, we send you a brief to fill out so that we can better understand what you are looking for in your products.

Once we receive your brief, you will receive a quote. If you are happy with the quote, upon full payment manufacturing will commence.

We can give you estimated delivery dates, but these are non-binding due to a possible delay in ingredient arrivals or other components of our suppliers which is out of our control.

  • Our natural skin and hair care use only natural or organic ingredients. These ingredients, such as essential oils, carrier oils, emulsifiers, etc… may slightly vary in smell, colour and consistency depending on the supplier and the season harvest. This is because we can not control nature but what we do gratefully receive from nature is checked for quality and consistency.

There is also a difference in smell, colour and consistency between natural or organic ingredients. For example, a natural coconut oil will smell less fragrant than an organic coconut oil and can potentially overpower the existing aromatherapy in the product. These things will need to be considered when changing ingredients or creating new formulations.

  • There is no minimum order quantity. We specialise in mock-ups and minimum order quantities, giving you the ability to test the market and the product.
  • Yes, we also accept bulk orders.
  • Upon receiving your brief, the research and development is time-consuming and depending on how many products and what kind of products the lead time is between 1 week to 2 months.

The costs are decided upon how many products are needed, what kind of products (some ingredients are more expensive than others) and the hourly rate of research and development. The costs of shipping and handling will also need to be taken into consideration.

  • Your formulation may change over time, it might smell, look or feel different, as some suppliers may discontinue an ingredient, the new harvest may make the ingredient smell, look or feel different because it is nature, which we can not control. Sometimes even new ingredients come along which are better. We will always let you know if any changes need to be made to keep your product consistently great.
