White Label Skincare Manufacturing

My Skincare Manufacturer (MySM) offers a detailed White Label skincare service that provides customers with a streamlined process for launching their own skincare products. The process begins with customers choosing products from MySM’s brochure and emailing their orders. Customers have the option to request labeling on the packaging or use their own packaging. Upon confirmation, customers are invoiced for their orders, including shipping costs. Depending on the order quantity, products are either picked from existing stock or manufactured. Each product comes with a batch number printed on the packaging, where practical, for quality control and traceability. Orders are then packed and sent to customers. Customers can choose to test the products with their target audience or start selling immediately, leveraging the flexibility and convenience of MySM’s White Label skincare service.

Private Label Skincare Manufacturing

For customers interested in Private Label skincare, My Skincare Manufacturer (MySM) offers a streamlined process to bring their bespoke products to market. The process begins with customers sending a Private Label Brief provided by MySM, followed by scheduling a call to discuss their requirements. Once the details are finalized, customers are invoiced for the creation of a sample, with additional sample rounds available at a fixed cost. After the sample is created, customers have a call with a Project Manager to discuss any necessary changes. Upon approval, the sample is manufactured and sent to the customer for testing and final approval. Following successful testing, pre-launch orders, Product Efficacy Testing (PET), and Stability Tests are conducted. Any necessary formulation adjustments are made before proceeding to the first manufacturing order, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to production.

Contract Manufacturing Skincare

My Skincare Manufacturer (MySM) offers a comprehensive product development service for customers seeking customized skincare solutions. The process begins with customers sending a Product Brief provided by MySM, followed by scheduling a call to discuss their specific needs. Upon agreement, customers are invoiced for the product development, which includes two sample rounds. Additional sample rounds are available at a fixed cost. Customers then have a call with a Chemist to discuss the formulation design in detail. After finalizing the formulation, samples are manufactured and sent to the customer for testing and approval. Following successful testing, pre-launch orders, Product Efficacy Testing (PET), and Stability Tests are conducted. Any necessary formulation adjustments are made before proceeding to the first manufacturing order, ensuring the final product meets the customer’s requirements and quality standards.

Just as this valley harmonizes with nature’s elements, our collection captures its essence, blending the purity of its air with the richness of its soil, with each product, named after a town, river, place, or notable figure from the Hunter Valley region. Every product also features a unique Australian Native, showcasing the best of Australian ingredient in a Native Collection.

The collection features 20 products, designed for versatility in both professional spa settings and as new additions to your skincare brand. Infused with a subtle hint of vanilla, the scent throughout most of the line serves as a delightful base, ready to be enhanced with your preferred scents. Alternatively, we can replace the vanilla with a different essential oil or blend in private label. A number of our white label products, such as the deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, and hand body wash, already comes in a few scent variations. If you’re satisfied with the product’s feel, we can customize certain ingredients in private label to meet your individual needs.

Our products are meticulously crafted to be vegan and as natural as possible, with the inclusion of Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexlglycerin at 1% for safety and stability. Given the unpredictable nature of exposure in the wide world, we’ve opted for a robust preservative system. However, if you prefer a more natural alternative, feel free to inquire through our private label services.

All our products are manufactured in the heart of the picturesque Hunter Valley, within our GMP-certified (AU23/00000030) ISO 22716 facility in Beresfield, NSW, Australia. GMP ISO 22716 guarantees that our cosmetic products adhere to rigorous quality standards, instilling confidence in customers regarding their safety, efficacy, and consistency. Additionally, we undergo yearly audits by a third party to ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity.
